Thank you for your interest in Kristin Geerts Photography. I specialize in newborn, infant, children, family and birth photography. My studio is located in my home in Bettendorf, Iowa. I have always had a passion for photography, but it wasn’t until the birth of my first child that I realized just how important it was to me. I wanted to capture every tiny detail of her life so that I would never forget just how amazing and beautiful she was. My passion only grew after the birth of my son and my second daughter. I love the fact that I can help other parents capture those memories and do something that I love at the same time…how great is that! I operate my business part-time so that I can stay home with our 3 kids…our daughter, Jordan 10, son, Drew 8, and our baby girl, Riley 4 years. Because I am a full time mom and part-time photographer I only take a limited number of sessions a week.
You will have your choice of an indoor studio session or an outdoor session at the location of your choice within the Quad Cities. Please take a look at the galleries and make sure that my style of photography is what you are looking for. I have a contemporary style, do not typically use props. With the exception of newborn and Labor and Delivery sessions, I am currently booking about 3 months out. So if you want a session in August I will start booking in June. Because the fall is the most popular time of the year for pictures, I typically start booking those at the end of July/beginning of August for September and October sessions and am usually fully booked by the end of August.
